Are you who you want to be? Are you everything you dreamed you'd be at this point in your life? Are you doing what you've always wanted to do? Habit #2 from the book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" written by world renowned author Stephen Covey is to "begin with the end in mind." What exactly does that mean? It means we have to spend time visualizing our life and what we want it to look like in the future. It's based on the fact that everything is created twice – once in our minds and then in our physical world. Just as a new building being built is following a blueprint, the mental creation comes first, and the physical creation follows. This means that if we don't spend time visualizing who we are, what we do every day, and what our life looks like, then we leave it up to other people and circumstances to decide those things for us. Obviously, we still have to be proactive, work hard, and make good decisions in order for us to be who we want to be. One of the best decisions we can make to help make our dreams become reality is to include chiropractic care as a part of our lifestyle.

People are living longer than ever. Centenarians, 100-year-old people, are the world's fastest growing population. This means that we will probably live longer than we ever thought.
